Campaign Fringe Survey. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who we are
This survey is run by Campaign Lab ("we"). We are responsible for your data. You can contact us at hannah@campaignlab.com.
What we collect
- Your email address. We use it to give you one entry, let you pick up where you left off, and contact you if you win.
- Your answers. How you heard about the Fringe, which talks, trainings and awards you attended, your ratings and comments, and what you would like at future events.
- Prize draw details. Your spin results, how many spins you earned, whether you won, and whether you saw your win.
- When you started the survey.
We do not ask for your name or address. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the comment boxes.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To learn how the Fringe went and plan future events. Our basis is legitimate interests.
- To run the prize draw and contact winners. Our basis is legitimate interests.
Taking part is voluntary. You can skip any question except the email address you need to start. Skipping a question just means it does not earn a spin.
Who sees your data
Only the Campaign Lab team can see your answers. We use these services to run the survey:
- Supabase stores your answers.
- GitHub Pages hosts the website. It receives your IP address when you load the page.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Google receives your IP address when you load the page.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and EEA, using standard legal safeguards. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We only use your email address for this survey and the prize draw.
Your browser
The site saves your email address in your browser so it can fill it in next time. We use no cookies and no analytics. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep it
We delete email addresses within 2 months of the survey being completed. Your answers may be kept after that without your email address, so we can compare events over time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact hannah@campaignlab.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
